Sophie Clyde-Smith and Claudia Sutton bring over two decades of experience supporting people to grow, thrive and build careers and businesses that genuinely fulfil them.
They’re passionate about empowering people with the mindset, skills and confidence to take ownership of their career journeys, navigate change with resilience, and create success on their own terms.
Whether that’s stepping into leadership, building a business, or redefining what “success” looks like, Sophie and Claudia help people move forward with clarity and courage.
Because if we spend around 70% of our lives working, it should feel purposeful, energising and aligned with who you are, not something you simply get through.
